About the Event

SUMMARY:

I don't know about you, but I am craving moving

with people in real life! I miss the energy that our

bodies and mind create as a collective. For a yoga

teacher that puts connection and community a

priority, it has been challenging over the last year

not to be able to connect with you all.

If you have been itching for human connection

and want to deepen or start your yoga journey, I

invite you to join me in an intimate gathering to

celebrate the freedom of space, fresh air,

movement, meditation, and great company! All

levels and abilities welcome.

ACCOMMODATION:

Our Yoga Beach Home is based in Bracklesham Bay

Chichester. It offers a cosy kitchen, living space, and 5

bedrooms. The garden extends to a pebble beach, and

within walking distance to several sandy beaches, local

shops and restaurants. There is plenty to do for everyone

if you want to explore the area by yourself or with others.

Exact location will be sent to those attending the 3 Day

Beach Flow Retreat. Space is limited to 9 participants.

FOOD:

All vegeterian meals will be included:

Friday 24th: Dinner

Saturday 25th: Breakfast*, Picnic Lunch, Dinner

Sunday 26th: Brunch

*self served continental breakfast with fresh fruits, oats, toast, nuts,

yogurt, and more.

Snacks and teas will be available throughout the day.

Meals will be nutritious, fresh and will be served

in the middle of the table so that you can help yourself. Why? I

grew up sharing food from the centre of the table with family and

friends. I like how it creates conversation and build connections.

If you have any allergies or dietary requirement, please let me

know ahead of time.

If there are any specific snacks, sauce, dips, treats etc, that you

can not live without, please bring them with you!

ABOUT YOUR HOST:

Katrina is the Founder of Why Knot Escapes—a platform where self care is

priority through yoga, mindful macrame, and sharing sustainable products.

Starting with Ballet at the age of 6, Katrina has always been a curious explorer

who was drawn towards the world of movement. Her passion discovered

Contemporary dance when she first stepped foot in the UK and encouraged her

to obtain a MA in Contemporary Dance with Distinction at London

Contemporary Dance School.

Her love for learning guided her to continue her journey to India where she

obtained her certification and is now a Registered Yoga Teacher under Yoga

Alliance. Whilst in India, she also completed an Ayurvedic Massage course to

help her students find comfort in self care. Katrina combines her dance training

and Yoga knowledge into specialised sessions that cater to individual of various

needs. She is fully insured and qualified to teach Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa,

Yin, Pregnancy & After Birth, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra. Katrina's classes are

inclusive and prioritise building communities and connection through mindful

movement.

Movement is the essence of Karina's being, her life revolves around sharing her

love and passion with other aspiring artists. Through her practice, she wants to

demonstrate the mental and physical wellbeing that can be obtained from

being devoted to ones practice. When Katrina is not practising yoga, you will

find her creating Macrame pieces, walking in nature, and sharing her passion in

ways to become more sustainable. Katrina hopes that through practising yoga,

you not only reconnect back with yourself, but to find peace and balance on

and off the mat with nature.
