Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Mum & Baby Yoga

On top of my current Hatha, Ashtanga, & Yin qualification, I am excited to share with you that I am now officially trained in Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, and Mum & Baby Yoga!

So what does that mean for you?

I am currently taking private sessions Online or in the comfort of your home. If there is enough interest, I would love to run weekly pre & post natal classes Online (and possibly in person depending on logistics).

For those of you who are regular practitioners, it really is important and safer to attend pregnancy and after birth classes, instead of attending your regular class not knowing exactly how to practice efficiently. For those new to yoga, this is the best time to understand and embrace the changes--both mentally and physically.


Why is it important to practice Yoga whilst pregnant and after birth?


As your body and hormones change, yoga will provide space and time to develop awareness and embrace these changes that are natural and magical. Yoga will relieve you from physical pain/soreness, especially in your spine, as well as help with circulation. Through these sessions, we will prepare the body and the mind, together with breath, for a smoother birth and transition into Motherhood. Yoga allows the mind to find relaxation and inner peace. It will allow you to create a bond and connect with your baby mindfully, both before and after birth. Take some time to destress and pamper yourself for some "ME" time.
